3 Things you can do today to become a better person!
1.) Compliment 3 random people-
Believe it or not, giving somebody a compliment can go a long way especially if it is genuine.
2.) Give away some old clothes-
Donate those old outfits from high school you have been saving to a homeless shelter.
3.) Learn a new skill -
Get out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself.
(learn to drive a stick shift, learn a new language, learn to play chess etc.)

Saving Money
Saving money isn't complicated and can be lots of fun. There are many methods of saving but today i'll outline a few simple ones. I know it can be tough to save money when you only work part time and like to go out and enjoy your self but trust me it can be done.
First if you have any debt, pay the debt with the highest interest off first and quickly as possible. It's hard to save any money when your hard earned money is going to unnecessary bills.
1. Spare Change:
This is more of an accessory to your savings. But do you always find yourself giving away/losing your spare change? I know somebody that saved EVERY piece of change they had for 1 year straight and it amounted to 10k! So get a big bucket and start saving.
2. Cut Bad Habits:
Do you smoke? Drink Coffee? Other Drugs? Whatever you do is your personal business but from a monetary standpoint those habits are costing you a lot of money on a daily/weekly/monthly and yearly basis. And these habits could also be risking your health which can lead to unwanted medical bills. Just think about how much more money you could save if cut these bad habits.
3. Save 10% of Your Paycheck:
No, 10% is not the MAGIC number, adjust it as you please. So for example if you make $100 and you save 10% you will have saved $10.00. I can't stress how important it is to save money, especially to the younger generation. You'll never know when an emergency will take place or when you might need it for something else. You want your net worth to be positive and hold value.
4. Open an Interest Bearing Saving Account:
Since you started saving your money, you want your money to grow. Right? When you put your money in an interest bearing savings account it compounds interest daily at a set rate called the APY and is paid out monthly. Now a days since the economy isn't so good the rates are pretty low, but I can recommend a few banks that have good savings account.
1. ING DIRECT:
I use their Savings and Checking accounts and I can honestly say they're a great bank. They are also an online bank with GREAT customer service. They give new customers $25-50 for signing up, there are no fees and no pesky $30 overdraft fee. Their APY is currently 0.80% which is better than any brick and mortar bank and among the best of the online banks.
2. Ally Bank
Another online bank similar to ING DIRECT, I haven't used them personally but iv'e heard good things about them.

MY TOP 5 SONGS OF ALL TIME
IMO and in no order!
5.) Daft Punk- One More Time
This song came out over a decade ago and still never gets old to me. I always get the same nostalgic feeling as if it were the year 2000 and me and my friends were popping bottles of apple cider champagne on New Years Eve.
4.)Phil Collins- In The Air Tonight
This is just an incredible song with an eerie sound and cool drums. Phil Collins will always be a legend.
3.) Tupac - Keep Ya Head up
Tupac was an Icon and that's what separated him from the other hip hop giants of his era.
He made songs that had substance, songs that will be forever timeless.
2.) Bruce Hornsby - The Way It Is -
A lot of you will probably recognize this melody from Tupac's ' Changes '
This is the original song where the sample was taken from. I think this is one of the best songs of all time.Similar to Tupac's song he is talking about world issues and problems that effect the community. Bruce Hornsby's piano skills are impeccable and has smooth voice that fits will over the mix.
1.) Maze ft. Frankie Beverley - Before I Let Go
It's been scientifically proven that this song will make almost any man buss out into a two-step and give wallflowers the courage to ask that girl they've been eyeing the whole night for the last dance.
Chances are you've probably heard this at a cook out, a rollerskating rink or at block party 30 years ago.
I mean c'mon! This is that feel good music
If you guys have any suggestions or opinions then leave me a comment. Feel free to suggest any great songs you might know.

Inspirational: Be Kind To Others, It Will Pay Off
I do not believe in karma...but
About a month ago I lost my phone at my job,it was never returned.
Two weeks ago I found a lost phone in the parking lot, I promptly called the owners and returned the phone. Just because you do good things doesn't guarantee good will happen to you, when helping others it should stem from the heart, Not from an ulterior motive.

Looking to get a credit card?(UPDATED)
If you are a college student chances are.. your probably broke. And being a full-time student working a minimum wage job doesn't exactly help much. There will be times you will need access to money that you don't have and that's when a credit card comes to good use. Credit cards are not as scary as some people make them out to be.
If you have no prior credit history and your looking to obtain a credit card, finding one may be difficult at first. There are many financial companies that offer student cards that help you 'build' your credit.
When looking for a credit card you essentially want to look for the following:
1.APR/Interest Rate- First time credit card users well almost ALWAYS have a high interest rate because they are considered a 'RISK'. To avoid paying interest always pay your bills in FULL and on time.
2.Fees & Penalties- Some credit companies charge annual membership fee; others don't. Along with other fees, you must read the fine print, they are usually straight forward.
3. Rewards- This is not an essential. Some companies offer it some don't, Credit card companies will give you 'rewards' for using your credit card often. Such as 1% cash back.
4. Reports to the Major Credit Bureaus- There are some cards that do not report to the 3 major credit bureaus. So even if you have never missed a payment in your life, your credit history wont indicate it because your credit card issuer does report such activity. So make sure you obtain a card that reports to all 3 credit bureaus so you can build proper credit history.
Discover card/ Capital One are both good cards for starters.

Tumblr- Drakes opinion
Drakes opinion On Tumblr:
"I’m really scared for my generation, you know. The thing that scares me most is Tumblr. I hate what Tumblr has become. Because it like, it reminds me of those clique-y girls in high school that used to make fun of everyone else and define what was cool, but in five years, when you all graduate, that shit doesn’t matter. No one gives a fuck about that shit. Instead of kids going out and making their own moments, they’re just taking these images and living vicariously through other people’s moments. It just kills me. Then you’ll meet them and they’re just the biggest turkey in the world. They don’t actually embody any of those things. They just emulate. It’s scary man, simulation life that we’re living. It scares me."
I couldn't agree more. There is also no element of originality on Tumblr, since nearly all of the post are re-blogged from another user.
